PreCULT ESTATE works with different network partners. The main contact in Croatia is a fully registred construction company based in the city of Split, which has over 40 years of experience in real estate and house building in Croatia. The firm’s relations to the government are more than excellent.
PreCULT ESTATE can now offer highly exclusive properties in Croatia, with a 100% guarantee for being proof and secure investments. All offers are legally checked and declared as proof by the croatian business partners and government before finally offered to PreCULT ESTATE. All financial transactions will be therefore 100% legal and transparent to all participants in a business case.
